2022 ASA Coaches
Meeting Agenda/Presentation Reminder

Coaches,

In anticipation of our
upcoming rules meetings, I'd like you to review the following materials. First,
please be sure to read the 2022 ASA rule book, the current rules are available
at 2022 ASA Rules.
The agenda and
presentation deck for the meeting can be viewed at ASA Coaches Rules Meeting
Presentation
. Remember, coaches are
required to attend one of the two mandatory coaches’ meetings on either
Saturday, May 21 or May 28. At least one member of your coaching staff
must attend one of the rules meetings or your team is subject to a fine from
the league. If they participated in the April rules Zoom meeting they have
met this requirement. The May 21 meeting will have a virtual option
(as well as in person), the May 28 meeting will be in person. Both meetings
will be available in person at the Marist pool at 3970 Ashford Dunwoody
Rd. The link for the May 21 meeting is as follows

I strongly encourage
teams to send as many of their coaches as possible to the meeting though, as it
covers a great deal of pertinent info on the league and this season.

Ribbon Pickup

Teams will have several
options for ribbon collection. Many of you already picked them at the ribbon
pickup/meet procedure meeting. Your coaches can pick them up during one of the
coaches meetings, or we can deliver them to you (for a fee). Please refer to
the following form to select the option that best fits the needs of your team Ribbon Pickup
Form .

Marist has asked that we
not come onto campus until then, due to school being in session. They have
been gracious enough to provide us a central location for teams to swing by,
please show your gratitude by following these instructions. Please do not
try to come to Marist outside of the remaining scheduled pickup times during
the coaches meetings to collect your ribbons.

You may come by the
upstairs lobby of the pool after that time to pick up your ribbons. Marist
is located at 3790 Ashford Dunwoody Rd., the pool is at the back of
campus. Please make sure to
take the correct team box, there is a label sheet in the top of each box that
lists the team name, as well as all of the contents of the box. Please
check your box to make sure what is listed on your team's box is what is in the
box. If your team received significantly fewer or more ribbons that what
is listed on your box, e mail me and I will make arrangements to fix any goof
ups on my part.
