This is the LAST CALL for everyone to submit you coaches names for the ASA meet is this Wednesday, June 22. About 30 teams have NOT done this yet. If your team is swimming in the ASA Championship, you MUST complete this form by the deadline. This applies to every team that plans on swimming in the meet. We need these details to make sure we provide your team adequate credentials and to ensure we do not exceed the building capacity for the venue. Details on completing this form are below, please help us with this and get this done. At the bottom of this e mail is the list of teams that have submitted their coaches names.

As we did last year, we are requiring teams to submit the names of all of your coaches who will be attending the meet. This includes any non-swimming coaches, and assistant coaches who may or may not be swimming in the meet. We do not need to know the names of any of your junior coaches age 15 or younger. Teams MUST submit these names in order to receive a credential for the meet. Please visit Coach Credential Request to provide us with that information. The deadline for this is Wednesday, June 22. Please note, any coaches submitted who have not completed their required background check and coaches certification will not receive a credential for the meet, an will be subject to a fine from ASA.
