2023 ASA Entering Swimmers in Extra Events

A number of you have reached out about issues with entering swimmers in extra events in Swimtopia. In certain situations, teams are allowed to enter swimmers in more than the listed 2 individual events per ASA rules. For a full rundown on when this is allowed, please refer to pages 10-11 for the participation rules. Any time you try to enter a swimmer in more than 2 individual events, entry limits will flag those entries when you try to save them. Here is how to work around those limitations.
