ASA Championship - IMPORTANT - HEAT SHEETS

Teams,

Almost all of you got the repeated message and paid attention during the coaches orientation about heat sheets for this week's championship.  

Please remember, the meet is being run using Hy Tek Meet Manager, not Swimtopia Meet Maestro. What you see in meet mobile as far as heat and lane info is incorrect and not what is in the heat sheets and entry lists referenced above. Please communicate the info at ASA Championship Landing Page , not what is in Meet Maestro to your families, so they know where their kids are swimming and how to mark their arms with the correct event heat and lane. Also note that live results during the meet will be in Meet Mobile, not the Swimtopia mobile ap.

If you use Meet Maestro to generate your heat sheeets IT WILL BE THE WRONG HEATS AND LANES, your swimmers will miss races and cause a great deal of confusion for other teams.  YOU MUST use the pdf version of the heat sheets located at ASA Championship Landing Page as you have been instructed to do so on multiple occasions.  Your cooperation on this is greatly appreciated.
