2024 ASA Swimtopia Updated Info for Registration Setup

Ensuring Correct ASA Fees are Charged for Athletes Moving from 2023 Non-Competitive to 2024 Competitive

Some teams have noticed that athletes who are graduating this year from a non-competitive program to the competitive swim team are being charged the ASA Non-Competitor Fees. We've found that this is due to having those athletes marked as non-competitive in their User record.

If your team has checked the box for "Does not compete" in the athletes' User records, please correct those records as quickly as possible to avoid problems with incorrect ASA fees being charged. Read on for more details -- Support Article on Fees Setup for ASA
