| ASA Championship Now Observed Meet for Georgia Swimming

We off and swimming with another summer swim season
and we are excited about the upcoming ASA Championship at Georgia
Tech, June 25-27. We are happy to announce that this year’s meet will
again have observed status with Georgia Swimming. A special thank you
to Georgia Swimming and Heather Boyer for her help on making this a
reality. This means that any of your year-round swimmers with a
current USS registration with their club team will be able to use their
times for qualification purposes at the USS level. If you have
swimmers who fall into this category you must do the following before you
submit you championship entries for those times to be used for that
purpose.
- Go to your Swimtopia Page and select People
- Find the athlete you want to update and select them.
- Click on the Edit button to add their USS Number
- Please add their current USA Swimming number to their
athlete info in Swimtopia in the box for Registration Number.
- Select Update to save your changes.
- Please see the pictures below for details

| We are happy to have this as an added part of our
championship meet. I know this applies to a limited number of
swimmers; but is an important thing for them. Please make sure you
take the steps needed so their times can be used for this purpose, it only
has to be done once as it should remain with that swimmer each
