I know everyone has a lot on their plate wrapping up the season and planning for the upcoming big meet, but we are still missing a lot of team's coaches submissions for next week's meet. Please be sure to get this submitted by the deadline of Wednesday, June 18. At the end of this e mail is a list of teams who have already submitted their names, if you are not on this list, please get this done soon. This step is crucial to ensure your team has all the coaches credentials you will need to have full access to the pool deck next week.

Thank you for submitting your team status for the ASA Championship meet. That will help us get a jump on assigning volunteers and team areas for the meet. As I referenced in an earlier e mail we need teams to provide us the names of their coaches who will be attending this year's championship.

As we did last year, we are requiring teams to submit the names of all of your coaches who will be attending the meet. This includes any non-swimming coaches, and assistant coaches who may or may not be swimming in the meet. We do not need to know the names of any of your junior coaches age 15 or younger.

Teams MUST submit these names of all of your other coaches in order to receive a credential for the meet. Please visit Submitting Championship Coaches Names to provide us with that information. The deadline for this is Wednesday, June 18. Please note, any coaches submitted who have not completed their required background check and coaches certification will not receive a credential for the meet, an will be subject to a fine from ASA.

On that same page there is a link to the GRPA State Qualifying info, you can use that link to find out information about how your swimmers can qualify for state. .
