If you have relay changes for your session you can help us get a jump on getting those into the computer. Please do the following.

• Complete your changes on the following form ASA Relay Changes (Be sure to include your team name on the form when you complete it
• We only need relay changes, if your relays did not change from what you entered, no further action is needed.
• E mail those changes to [email protected]
• MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR TEAM NAME AND SESSION YOU ARE SWIMMING IN THE SUBJECT PART OF YOUR E MAIL
• If all else fails you can bring them to the meet, but we'd love it if you sent them now.
