am. The topic is a comprehensive review of using Swimtopia's Meet
Maestro, the software you will use to run your meets this summer. Please

Teams should begin looking into this now, so they can be prepared for our
next webinar on Meet Maestro, the platform that is replacing Meet

Meet Other Upcoming ASA Training and Ribbon Pickup Ribbon Pickup Teams will have several options for ribbon collection. Teams
can pick them up during next week's coaches meetings, or we can deliver
them to you (for a fee). Please refer to the following form to select the
option that best fits the needs of your team Ribbon
Pickup Form . You may come by the upstairs lobby of the pool next Sunday,
May 17, at 3 pm to pick up your ribbons. Marist is located at 3790
Ashford Dunwoody Rd., the pool is at the back of campus. Please
make sure to take the correct team box, there is a label sheet in the top
of each box that lists the team name, as well as all of the contents of
the box. Please check your box to make sure what is listed on your
team's box is what is in the box. If your team received
significantly fewer or more ribbons that what is listed on your box, e
mail me and I will make arrangements to fix any goof ups on my
part. Required Coaches Meeting - A
mandatory coaches meeting for rules review that at least one member from
each team’s staff must attend either this session or the April rules

US (Washington DC) I strongly encourage teams to send as many of their coaches
as possible to the meeting though, as it covers a great deal of pertinent
info on the league and this season. Meet Schedule Updates/Changes If your team has agreed to change the date of your meet,
please update the league by using the link Meet Change
Request to notify us the new date of your meet. This will
allow us to ensure your meet has an official for the correct date. Please notify the league of any changes to your schedule NO
LATER THAN Monday, May 13. We are really excited
about a return to swimming and the fun that your teams offer your
families and the community. Please stay tuned, as we will do our
best to provide you as much info and guidance as possible. If you
