ASA Championship Entry Lists and Psych Sheets Now

Teams,
I've downloaded everyone's updated entries and our numbers
still look good, thank you for being punctual and pretty good about
following my instructions. I am sending you what I currently have
for your entries in the system via a psych sheet and entry list, all of
these can be viewed at ASA Championship
Landing Page. Please check
this carefully and get back to me ASAP if you have any glaring
mistakes. If you declared any swimmers for state qualifying, please
look to see that their marker (AL8, JC6, SP5) are visible, as well as
exhibition markers for any state qualifying people swimming that third
event.
Now that entries are in, the meet will
be moved into Hy Tek to interface with the scoreboard and timing
equipment at Georgia Tech. While the meet may appear in Meet
Maestro DO NOT USE MEET
MAESTRO OR SWIMTOPIA FOR HEAT SHEETS, ENTRY LISTS OR OTHER MEET REPORTS
IT WILL BE WRONG. Because
of this the meet will not be listed in your Swimtopia Mobile Ap, it will
however be posted in Hy Tek's Meet Mobile, which most people still have
access to. We will e mail entry lists and heat sheets to teams several
days before their session. YOU MUST USE THE VERSIONS OF THE MEET REPORTS
(HEAT SHEETS AND ENTRY LISTS) FOR YOUR TEAM IF YOU DO NOT IT WILL BE
CHAOS FOR YOUR TEAM
Entry Review/Corrections
This is not open season to make
wholesale changes to your lineup. However, if you are going to be strung
up by your toes because you put a swimmer in a wrong event, we can help
you for a price. Any changes we make to your entries at this point will
be subject to the late entry fee rate of $50 per individual event and are
subject to the discretion of meet management. This change fee is
above the original $50 you paid to enter your swimmer in the wrong event.
There is a reason I told you to check this stuff carefully. Teams can
input the event change at ASA LATE
ENTRY FORM swimmer name, team, age,
events and times. Please do so as early as possible, do not wait
until the day of the meet.
Please keep in mind though that while your individual
event entries are locked, you can change your relay personnel or order at
any time up until they hit the water (at no charge), there will be relay
change forms in your team pack and available at the pool.
Earlier Start and One Pool Only for
Friday, June 26 Afternoon Session
(Session 6) - 3:45 pm start
Based on entries and time lines for the
morning session on Friday we are moving the start time for that session
only back by 1 hour. The session will now begin at 3:45 pm, we will
adjust warmup and building entry times as well. Additionally, for the
Friday afternoon session only, we will swim in one pool only. For that
Friday afternoon session all events will be swum in the East pool
(normally the girls pool) closest to the diving well. This will mean only
one bullpen as well for that session, this will be the bullpen by the
diving well. Thanks for your understanding.
Late Entries
Please remember that we DO take late entries for the
meet. Teams can input the late entry at ASA LATE
ENTRY FORM this will include the
swimmer name, team, age, events and times. as early as possible,
try not to wait until the day of the meet. Please include
important details, swimmer name, age, gender, events, times and most
importantly your team name and the session you are swimming. If you
get the entries to me early enough I can still have them in the heat
sheet, the 5 families that just turned up out of nowhere and are going to
die if they don't get to swim next week can be
helped. While I will take late entries up until an hour
before your session swims, I can get them seeded in the heat sheet if you
get them to me early enough. When you send them, please be sure to
include name, team, age, gender, events and times. The fee for late
entries is $50 per individual event and $70 per relay and should be added
to your existing entry fees.
As far as scratches for your sessions go, I don't take
them now, nor do we refund the entry fees of those swimmers. We will
however watch the nice still water in that lane for the missing swimmer
in honor of their absence.
Workers Info, Warmup Times, Team Seating Areas
I plan to have the worker and warmup info by Sunday at the
latest, but maybe tomorrow. Thanks for your patience and your hard

Heat Sheets
Heat sheets and entry lists will be
emailed to teams and posted on the ASA website, as well as published to
Meet Mobile 48 hours before your session. Printed copies will NOT be
provided for teams, nor will the be available at the meet for sale. PLEASE
PRINT AND BRING YOUR OWN FROM THE PDF VERSION WE PUBLISH ON THE ASA
WEBSITE. DO NOT HOWEVER PRINT YOUR HEAT SHEETS FROM MEET MAESTRO, THEY
ARE WRONG. PLEASE BE SURE TO PRINT ONLY THE PDF VERSION I WILL E MAIL
YOUR TEAM AND THE ONE POSTED ON THE ASA WEBSITE
